We provide:
- Estimates for drawings without dimensions.
- Quotations for dimensioned drawings.
- Designs for order approval.
- Product manufactured and packaged into house sets.
- Delivery to site.
- Working drawings provided for site erection.
- Structural calculations for Local Authority if requested.
RK Timber Engineering can assist with technical issues and general guidance but currently unable to offer a nationwide site measuring service. Please contact us for details.
Process:
- Customer sends/faxes/emails enquiry together with dimensioned drawings . (Only rough estimates can be provided if no dimensions are submitted).
- We acknowledge receipt of enquiry and notify customer of designer name.
- Within 5 working days we produce quotation for you. (Urgent orders should be clearly marked on paperwork for a quicker turnaround).
- Customer confirms order
- Upon receipt of purchase order we produce truss profiles & layout drawings for approval.
- We will discuss design criteria with specifier where necessary. Specifier can be architect, structural engineer or surveyor.
- We obtain your signed approval.
- We manufacture & deliver within 10 working days. We advise you of delivery date.
