We deliver on time and in full. To make sure the delivery process is a success please be aware that:
- Deliveries are made on articulated vehicles.
- We do have access to some short articulated trailers and rigid vehicles.
- We will require notification on receipt of order if these are required.
- We do not have any crane off-load facilities on our vehicles.
- Suitable handling equipment or sufficient labour must be on site to enable safe off-loading within health & safety guidelines.
- Unfortunately failure to have sufficient labour on site will result in trusses being returned to the delivering branch and we will raise an abortive delivery charge.
