Not only do we measure our performance internally both by ISO 9001 standards and through internal Key Perfomance Indicators. As part of our supply chain solution we offer our customers the opportunity to agree Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with us. Doing this means that our performance is monitored on a regular basis and continuous improvement targets are set and met.
